If it is a conference that CPM has not previously attended, contact the Director of Professional Learning and the Professional Learning Project Manager. Provide as much information as you can, and they will decide whether or not CPM will have a presence at the conference. Notify Bob Petersen about the conference. Include a link or web address to the conference and he will complete the application to exhibit, arrange for payment, and have the appropriate materials sent directly to the conference when possible or otherwise to your home or hotel.
Make sure that you fill out the form on the RPLCs part of the intranet titled Publicity for CPM Sessions at Upcoming Conferences. Also fill out the form titled Booths & Conference Sessions. This will generate a PIN that can be given to interested teachers for a two-week eBook license.
