On occasion, files do not load as expected on your device.  Sometimes, your device is storing an older version of the page. To made sure you have the newest version, you will want to "clear your cache".


PC or MAC Computers:

To clear your cache, hold down the shift button on your keyboard while at the same time click the refresh button near your browser address bar. This works on both a PC and a Mac computer.


iPad or iPhone:

Follow these steps to clear out the Safari cache on your iPhone:
  • Open the Settings app, and scroll down to the fifth group of options (with Mail at the top). 
  • Tap Safari.
  • Scroll down again and tap ‘Clear History and Website Data’.
  • Tap ‘Clear History and Data’
